Today I would like to write about eating healthy. A lot of people use that word ‘healthy’ in a very bad way, and it sets me off. Look, healthy in and of itself doesn’t mean much, and just because something could be described as healthy, that then doesn’t mean that you will be healthy from it. You could describe cyanide as healthier than some other material. See, for me, health is just relative. A hamburger is healthier than cyanide, but that doesn’t mean that it’s healthy. Indeed, nothing could be healthy and everything could be healthy, depending upon the meaning of those words. So, don’t get hung up on what’s healthy or not. To not get sick, and to remain skinny, you really should just be eating vegetables, and on occasion some meat if you’re building muscles. Personally I don’t like meat, I don’t think it’s nice to slaughter animals, and I don’t like eating meat, it just feels disgusting to me. On occasion I do eat pork, just because it does taste very good. But if you don’t want to get diabetes and become obese, just become vegetarian, it’s that easy, and if you want to become a vegan you could do that as well; caveat, I don’t know that’s it’s necessarily healthy to be vegan though. So when people say this is unhealthy bla, bla, bla, they just mean that it’s not as healthy compared to other stuff. In India, a lot of people are vegetarians, and few people are fat, and that’s because while many people are poor in India, they don’t eat unhealthy stuff. Well, that’s a truth with modification, not modi lol, because they have a lot of issues with diarrhea in India and bacteria that causes diarrhea. So, again, maybe it’s not that healthy? What I am trying to express is that the word healthy really doesn’t mean that much when you take everything into account such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, nutrition, etc. A lot of annoying white people that pretend to be smarter than they really are talk and write a great deal about processed meats. Most of these people claim that processed meats are bad, but they forget that the meats are processed for a reason. See, while processed meats can be bad for your health, unprocessed meats are way worse for your health. Sure, processed meats can cause cancer, but so can unprocessed meats on a much larger scale due to the bacteria on meat that can cause chronic inflammation of the stomach linings and in time cancer. Sure, processed meat can be bad, but let’s not pretend that unprocessed meats are any better. If you want to eat “healthy”, don’t eat meat. I don’t like fish so I don’t have much to write about except that I will never put it into my mouth, ever. Sure, fish could be healthy, but a lot of people that have eaten a lot of fish have heightened levels of toxic PFAS in their blood stream. Again, healthy isn’t necessarily healthy. I think the rational lesson to be drawn from this is that you should eat what you want to eat, but make sure to mostly eat vegetables, and try to not eat meat and fish. Again, for me fish is absolutely disgusting and degrading to even consider having to eat. But if you like fish, go ahead and eat it, but don’t complain when you get cancer. Look, everyone will get cancer, if they live long enough. Some claim that between 1/3 and ¼ people will get cancer, but this isn’t true, everyone will get cancer, with enough time. The 2/3 or ¾ that don’t get cancer just get something else and die of other stuff. Besides, well more than 50% of men get prostate cancer or are on their way to get prostate cancer. So forget that 1/3 or ¼ nonsense number, you’ll get cancer, unless you die from something else before that you don’t need to worry about. Look, some would probably live past 120 years before they get cancer, while some are born with cancer, it’s a numbers game, but it will happen, unless they find a cure for it that is. Btw, you could get run over tomorrow and die from that as well. I am not trying to make you feel scared, I am just being very rational about a very human fear called death. I don’t think you need to fear death, but you should fear dying. See, if you die in a painful way, then that’s not very great, but if you just fall asleep forever then that’s not so bad. The point is not to die a painful death, and eating meat won’t help you buddy, but that’s not to say that not eating it will prevent a painful death either. See, life is too much of a numbers game to be sure about anything, so stop fearing stuff that you can’t do anything about, and act to prevent bad stuff that you can prevent. Today for example, I will only be eating bananas, because I feel for it. You can eat whatever you want, but don’t forget about your health, and do what you can do to not become a fat obese loser that died from a heart attack in your 30’s. You read that correctly, if you are fat, you are a loser, and you should stop being fat, and if you can’t do that, then I have nothing more to say/write to/about you, because then you’ve made your choice to be a loser. Don’t come and complain about that later on, you have a choice NOW, to live or to die, and that means that you can’t be fat. To choose to live with reason is to reject being fat. Yes, fatness is ugly. I write that because some lost souls might feel that being attractive is more important than being a lazy loser, and if that makes them lose weight then I just saved someone's life. There’s no point in being PC over fat people. Btw, I’ve advocated heroin and meth usage to lose weight, and I still do, but in the short term, and in a county where that is legal, because I don’t want to commit a crime by telling people to take drugs in socialist Sweden where nothing is allowed, and everything is criminalized. I don’t fear heroin, because I know that humans have it within them to beat that addiction, and the same is true with meth. Look, if you can’t breathe meth and heroin addiction, then maybe you are weak? I don’t know, but a fit for life human should be able to beat any irrational impulses, but not with ease, I take that part back, but they should win. If reason can’t win over heroin, then how can civilization ever win? If you state that it is impossible to win over drug addiction, then you do give up on reason, don’t do that. Lastly, don’t let people bully you, let them inspire you. Let athletes inspire you, and maybe one day you can become an athlete? Never drink soda btw, because that shit is unhealthy. Also remember to meditate and always be on the lookout for new horizons. Don't be afraid to live; the day you become afraid to live, life has truly ended.
